Returns & Refunds Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days for any reason.
The cut-off for canceling an order is 30 days from when you received the items or from when a third party, whom you designate and who isn't the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you need to inform us of your decision using a clear statement.

We will reimburse you within 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will utilize the same payment method you used for the order, and you won't incur any fees for the reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns:
For the items to qualify for a return, please ensure that:
The items were purchased within the last 30 days
The items are in their original packaging
The following items cannot be returned:
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Items that are not suitable for return due to their nature, such as goods that deteriorate quickly or have passed their expiration date.
Goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to reject returns of any items that do not fulfill the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk involved in returning the goods to us. You should send the items to the following address:

We cannot be held liable for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. Therefore, we suggest using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.
Gifts:
If the items were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the items were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.
